Introducing the DeLong Credit Application Portal with Bectran

We would like to share a brief update regarding our credit reference and credit approval process.

Going forward, The DeLong Co., Inc. will be using Bectran, a third-party credit reference and credit approval software platform, to manage credit reference requests and related communications.

We are making this change to simplify and streamline the process for everyone involved. Bectran allows us to reduce manual steps, eliminate unnecessary paper documents, and make credit reference requests faster, more efficient, and easier to complete for customers, references, and our internal teams.

What to expect:
• Credit reference requests and updates will now be sent electronically through Bectran
• Emails related to credit references may come from addresses such as account@bectran.net or reference@bectran.net
• Requests will include secure links to complete or review information online
• A link to Bectran will also be available on our website homepage for easy access, which can also be found here: The DeLong Co, Inc.-Electronic Commercial Credit Application

While electronic submission is strongly preferred, paper credit applications or references are still available upon request.

No changes are required to your existing relationship with us. This update is strictly an improvement to how information is requested and processed.
