CLINTON, WI – The DeLong Co. 2025 Scholarship Program is now accepting applications. The program annually awards $1,500 scholarships to outstanding high school graduates who plan to continue their education. In 2024, $44,000 was awarded to 28 students around the U.S.
The DeLong Scholarship Program is open to 2025 high school graduates who plan to attend 4-year, 2-year, or technical school programs. Eligible students are children or grandchildren of DeLong customers or employees and must complete the online application by March 31, 2025.
New in 2025: Starting with the 2025 scholarship program, students pursuing college or technical degrees will now be allowed to claim their scholarship up to 2 years after graduation. In addition, students who are attending a CDL program have until 4 years after H.S. graduation to show completion of a FMCSA registered CDL driving course and receive scholarship funds. This change provides more flexibility to students as they determine their best path to higher education and is intended to encourage more students to apply for scholarships, even if they are still undecided about their career paths.
